Audit

The BSSH (British Society for Surgery of the Hand) run an audit programme.  This has been carefully scrutinised by an ethics committee and by the Caldicott guardians at Salford Royal, the Oaklands Hospital and the Spire Hospital Manchester.

Mr Muir is participating in the audit and may ask you if you will kindly take part.

Taking part is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting your treatment.
